Shipping:
- We offer free shipping on all products within the national territory.

Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (single-use chemicals, test chemicals), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items:
- Heaters (Due to the care required, this should be discussed with the seller first.)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Gift products
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order number and reason for return.
- Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
- In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted, including:
- Products with considerable signs of use or mishandling
- Open chemicals and single-use items
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds:

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
